How much does it cost?
The pricing structure is based on the size of the home. Still photographs run anywhere from $70-150.
3D tour costs are $100-200, depending on size. Package deals are available if you want both stills and a 3D tour.
What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

What should I do to get a home ready for pictures?
The best way to get a home ready for pictures is to do the same things you'd do for an open house or a showing. For a detailed list, check out the Downloads section at the bottom of this page.
Do I need to let you into the home or at the photo shoot?
I maintain my real estate license just so I can access board keyboxes . Also, I prefer no one is at the home during the photo shoot. It is easier for me to move around and do what I need to do with no one around.
Do you do drone photography?
I do not do drone photography. My personal opinion is very few homes benefit from drone photographs. For those that do, there are local people who specialize in drone pictures I highly recommend.
Do you accept credit card or Venmo?
Currently I don't but am in the process of working on it.
